Privacy Policy

Cruzeviz Technologies (“we”) provides Cruzeviz automation software — including billing, workforce and plant operations, and on-site IT. This policy explains what we collect, why, and the choices you have.

What we collect

  • Account data: your name, email address and profile picture from Google when you sign in (we never receive your Google password), and the mobile number you give us during setup.
  • Business data you enter: business profile, PAN/GSTIN, bank and UPI details, logo and signature images, customers, invoices, quotations and payments.
  • How you found us: if you arrive through a campaign link, a referral link, a “Created with Cruzeviz” link or another website, we remember that source in a cookie for up to 30 days and save it with your account if you sign up.
  • Usage counts: how many requests and PDFs each business makes per day, and how many times each public page or free tool is used per day. For 30 days we also keep the IP address and country of a public page view, and the IP address of a sign-in, so we can see where visits come from and stop abuse. We do not use this for advertising.
  • Technical data: IP address and basic request logs for security and abuse prevention.
  • Messages: what you send us through the contact form or the app (setup help, feedback, account requests).
  • Downloads: if you enter your email on the Download page to get a file, we keep that email, the product name, the time, and the IP address so we know who downloaded it. We do not sell this list.

Shared invoice links

When you share an invoice link, anyone with that link can view that one invoice. You can turn a link off at any time; voiding an invoice turns its link off automatically. The free tools on our website run in your browser and don't send what you type to us.

How we use it

To provide the service: to sign you in, generate your documents, keep your account secure, help you with setup, and understand which pages and features are useful. We do not sell your data and we never use your customers' details for marketing.

Email

We send account emails (such as a welcome message and reminders before a trial or plan ends) and, only if you opt in, occasional tips and product updates. Every email has an unsubscribe link and you can change your choices under Account in the app. Emails are delivered by our email provider, Brevo, which receives only your name and email address for that purpose.

Referrals

If you refer someone, your referral page shows only counts. We don't tell you who signed up, and we don't share your details with the people you refer.

Security

Data is encrypted in transit (HTTPS), each business's records are isolated at the database level, and backups are taken daily.

Your choices and rights

You can view and correct your business data at any time, download it from Account → Your data, change email preferences, and request account closure from the app. Some invoice records may need to be kept for the period tax law requires; we will tell you what is retained. You can also email ${SITE.email} from your registered address.

Cookies

One essential cookie keeps you signed in. A second, first-party cookie (cvz_src) remembers how you found us for 30 days, and is set only when you arrive from a campaign, referral or another website. A language cookie (cvz_site_lang) remembers English or Hindi. We use no advertising or third-party tracking cookies.
