Cancellation & Refunds

Free plan
The Free plan costs nothing and has no contract. You can stop using it at any time and ask us to close your account from Account in the app.
Pro trial
The 14-day Pro trial needs no card and is never charged. When it ends, your business moves to the Free plan automatically.
Paid Pro plans
Online payment for Pro is not available yet. Pro is arranged directly with Cruzeviz Technologies, and the period, price and payment are confirmed with you in writing before you pay.
- Cancelling: tell us any time at cruzevizindia@gmail.com. Pro continues until the end of the period you paid for and does not renew unless you pay again.
- No refunds: payments for Pro are non-refundable, including for unused time or if you cancel part-way through a period. Please use the free 14-day trial to make sure Cruzeviz suits you before you pay.
- Payment mistakes: if you pay twice for the same period or pay more than the agreed amount by mistake, tell us and we will return the extra amount.
What happens to your data
Ending a paid plan never deletes your data. Your invoices, customers and payments stay available on the Free plan. Pro-only features (such as quotations and recurring invoices) pause until you upgrade again.
