Cruzeviz Sentinel · for IT & network administrators

See every PC.
Keep the fleet on your server.

On-premises Windows PC management for IT teams: register machines, watch security and disk, lock or update from one console, and keep a hash-chained audit log. The fleet stays on your server. Worldwide support.

  • Installs on your server
  • Works on the LAN
  • Signed commands · no close button

Worldwide support

One practice. We support the company wherever it operates — plant, office or IT fleet.

English first

The working language is English. Scope, quote and delivery in one thread.

On-premise or cloud

The floor stays on your network when it must. The web layer can live in the cloud.

Scoped quote

You see the work and the price before we build. Priced to the work, not a bargain pitch.

The Eye never leaves the tray

Sentinel’s agent sits in the Windows system tray. There is no close button. Live status, failing checks and availability sit on the Eye dashboard so an admin sees whose PC it is, and whether it is online.

Live fleet

Online or offline, who owns the PC, and which security checks are failing — in one view.

Inventory

Hardware plus installed programs, including executable names, so you know what is actually on the disk.

Availability

A seven-day online and offline record, rolled into availability percent for the PC.

Registration and setup

Nothing to type on each desk after the first download. The server address is already in the installer.

Put Sentinel on your server

Install on a machine you administer. That host is the only place the fleet talks to.

Staff self-register

Employee code, name, department and email. The agent reads the PC hardware itself.

You approve the PC

Match the person, then approve or reject. Unapproved machines do not join the fleet.

Server address is baked in

When you download the exe, the server address is already inside it. Users do not enter a URL or a licence key on the PC.

Updates walk themselves

Drop a new build on the server. PCs that can reach it update on their own. If the agent has admin rights, it can add its own Windows Defender exclusion.

Security checks the Eye actually runs

Failing checks light the dashboard. Low disk writes an event and a tile. You see the gap before the user calls.

Windows Defender

On or off, and whether the agent could add its exclusion.

Firewall

Host firewall still in the way it should be.

BitLocker

Volume encryption where the policy expects it.

Windows Update

Whether updates are allowed, plus a remote enable or disable.

UAC & Guest

User Account Control, and whether a guest account is sitting open.

Remote Desktop

RDP left on where it should not be.

Local admins

Who is in the local Administrators group on that PC.

USB policy

Storage blocked or allowed, per PC or across the selection.

Disk space

Every drive. A low-space warning in the event log and on the tile.

Remote control, without walking the floor

One PC or many

  • Lock screen, restart or shut down — with a message
  • Rename the computer
  • Block or allow USB storage
  • Turn Windows Update off or on
  • Collect inventory and checks now
  • Mass command: select several PCs, send once

Chat and apps

  • Two-way messenger — the window opens from the PC tray; the admin can end it
  • App blocking from the installed-apps list, on one PC or on all of them
  • Set a local Windows user password — encrypted, Super Admin only

Tamper-evident by design

A floor PC should not be able to pretend it is another machine, replay an old command, or quietly leave the fleet.

Signed commands

Each PC has its own key. Commands are signed for that key. Forged or replayed commands do not run.

Exit is gated

No close button on the tray. Leave only with the master password or a one-time admin code.

Hash-chained audit log

Every admin action is written into a tamper-evident chain. If a row is edited, the chain breaks.

Part of Cruzeviz, not the billing app

Cruzeviz Technologies is the parent company. Sentinel is on-site PC fleet software — standalone, or an optional module inside Jet66. Billing is the free invoicing tool. Ask us for a site licence.

Frequently asked questions

Does Sentinel run in the cloud?

No. Sentinel installs on a server you control and runs on your network. PC data stays on your site. It is a Cruzeviz product — also an optional Jet66 module.

Who is it for?

IT and network administrators who look after a Windows PC fleet — office, plant, branch or lab. If you want that work on your own server instead of a cloud RMM, Sentinel is built for that.

How do PCs find the server?

The installer the admin downloads already has the server address baked in. Nothing to configure on the PC.

How do employees register?

They enter employee code, name, department and email. The agent reads the hardware itself. An admin matches that to the employee and approves or rejects the PC.

Can someone close the tray app?

There is no close button. Exit needs the master password or a one-time admin code. Every command is signed with that PC’s own key, so forged or replayed commands do not run.

How do updates reach every PC?

Put the new build on the server. Connected PCs pick it up themselves. You do not walk the floor to install.

Put the Eye on your network.

Tell us the size of the fleet and where the server will sit. We will talk through a site install.
