Refer & Earn and Partner Terms

Refer & earn

• Every Cruzeviz user can share their personal referral link from Refer & earn in the app.
• A referral counts when a new person creates their first Cruzeviz account through your link. Existing users can't be referred.
• You earn the reward shown in the app (free days of Pro) when the business they set up makes its first verified payment for a paid plan within the time limit shown in the app. Free plans and trials don't qualify.
• The reward is added to the oldest business you own on Cruzeviz after we review it. There is a maximum number of rewards per person, shown in the app. Rewards have no cash value and can't be transferred.

Partner programme

• Accountants, consultants and creators can apply from the app. Partners are approved by Cruzeviz and can be removed at any time.
• Partners earn the commission percentage agreed with them on verified payments made by businesses they referred, for the commission period shown in the app. Commission is calculated on the amount actually received.
• Commissions are paid after approval to an Indian bank account in the partner's name. We may ask for PAN and bank details, and tax (including TDS) is deducted where the law requires.

Fair use

• No rewards or commission for your own businesses, accounts you control, duplicate or fake accounts, or payments that are refunded or reversed.
• Don't send spam or misleading messages, and don't bid on “Cruzeviz” in search ads.
• We review every reward and may withhold or reverse rewards, or remove someone from the programme, if these terms are broken.
• We may change or end the programmes with notice in the app; rewards already approved are honoured.

Privacy

Your referral page shows only counts. We never tell you who signed up, and we never tell the people you refer anything about you beyond what your link shows.
