Accounting books from your invoices

Published by Cruzeviz on . Updated .

Your invoices, payments and bills now post to proper books by themselves.

You do not retype each sale into a cash book. When you issue an invoice, record a payment or save a bill, the books take that entry. You can then read the same figures as accounts instead of only as a list of documents.

What you can open

Cash and bank shows the money accounts. A ledger is there for any account, and also for a customer or a vendor. Profit and loss, the balance sheet and the trial balance are on the same set of books.

Enter your opening balances once with a journal entry, so the year starts from the right figures. After that, day-to-day invoices and bills keep the books moving. This is the record inside Cruzeviz. It is not a filed return, and your accountant can still review it.
