A cleaner menu and Cruzeviz apps

The menu now runs down the left. Sections open when you need them, and you can make the menu narrow if you want more room for the page you are on.
The apps grid at the top switches between Cruzeviz apps. Billing stays the home of invoices. The newer places in the menu are Payments received, Customer outstanding, and Settings arranged in tabs.
A warning before you lose work
If you start a form and try to leave before you save it, Cruzeviz warns you. That applies when you move to another screen with unsaved changes, so a half-written invoice is not thrown away by a click.
This is a change to how you move around the app. Your invoices and customers are unchanged. Nothing about the menu is published outside your account.
