Invite your accountant and staff

You can invite your accountant and staff from Settings, then Users and permissions.
Send the invite to their email and choose a role: Admin, Accountant, Sales staff or Viewer. Each person signs in with their own Google account. They do not use your password, and they see only what that role allows.
What the roles are for
Admin can manage the business with you. Accountant is for the person who checks the books and the bills. Sales staff can work on invoices and customers. Viewer can look, without changing records.
You stay the owner. You can see who is on the account and change a role later from the same screen. The invite is for people you choose to work inside your Cruzeviz account. It does not publish your invoices or your customer list.
