Outstanding invoices, with days

Published by Cruzeviz on .

The invoice list has an Outstanding tab. It is the place for invoices that are still to be paid.

Outstanding includes every invoice that is already past its due date. If you type a number of days, it also includes invoices that fall due inside that window. Leave the days blank and you see only the ones that are already late.

Days on each row

Each row shows the days. A late invoice shows how many days late. An invoice due today says so. An invoice that is still inside the window shows how many days are left.

The default window counts from the invoice date. You can switch it to count from today. You can sort the list by number, customer, date, total, balance or status, and step through pages of 20, 50, 100 or 200.

The total of the whole list

A total row can sit at the top of the list, at the bottom, or in both places. It adds up the whole filtered list, not only the page you are looking at. You can hide it from the total row itself. The same total row is on quotations, credit notes, debit notes, payments and bills.

This is a view of invoices you have already saved. It does not change a due date, a tax amount or a payment.
