Quotations, recurring invoices and reminders are part of Cruzeviz Pro.
A customer can accept a quotation online. You convert an accepted quotation to an invoice in one click, so you do not copy the lines across by hand. The invoice is a new document. The quotation remains the quote they accepted.
Monthly bills
Recurring invoices draft the next bill for you when the date arrives. You still review the draft before it goes out. Use this for a retainer or any bill that repeats. It does not send a bill you have not looked at.
Reminders
Overdue invoices can get a WhatsApp reminder from your own template. The wording is yours. Cruzeviz does not invent a message, and it does not publish the customer's phone number. The reminder is sent for that overdue invoice from your account.
