Reports by area, and master lists
Published by Cruzeviz on .
Reports open one area at a time. Sales, GST, Purchases, Accounts and Misc each have their own totals and their own files. Purchases and Accounts appear when that app is switched on.
The totals are the real figures for the dates you pick. Manufacturing and HRMS do not have reports yet, so those tabs do not show numbers.
A master list of every field
Masters downloads the records you have saved, including archived ones, as a spreadsheet. The dates at the top of Reports do not filter a master. A master is the list itself.
Customer master and vendor master include the name, email, phone, address, country, state, tax id and notes. Item master includes goods or service, the code, the unit, the selling rate, the tax rate, and stock in hand when you track it. Unit master is the unit list. Account master is the chart of accounts, when accounting is on.
The file stays in your account. It is not a public directory of your customers or suppliers.
