Stock for your goods
Published by Cruzeviz on . Updated .
You can keep a stock count for the goods you sell.
Tick Track stock on a product and enter the opening quantity. From then on, stock goes down when you issue an invoice for that product, and it goes up when you record goods received on a purchase bill.
What you can see
Open Stock overview to see stock in hand, its value, and what is running low. If a count is wrong after a physical check, fix it with a stock adjustment. The adjustment is a correction of the quantity. It does not invent a sale or a purchase.
Stock tracking is for products you choose. A service with no quantity stays off this list. The overview is inside your account. It is not a public catalogue of what you hold.
